The Seltz L30 is an amazing pump for your tank.  I added this pump to replace the original pump that the biocube came with.  It is exponentially quieter than the stock biocube pump.  There is a flow control dial on the pump that has to be removed in order to fit inside the third chamber of the biocube. I used the original green tube that came with the biocube pump and easily hooked it up to the Seltz. But you are going to have to cut a small piece of the green tubing for it to fit. This pump creates great flow in your tank because it has so much power; I am considering taking out one of my powerheads. You will love this pump by hydor because it is just so quiet, and it circulates water better than any other pump out there for a biocube.
