Take some light diffusor commonly called egg crate which can be purchased at any hardware store, cut it to fit the size of your tank or desired rack size. You can rest it on the bottom of the aquarium with supports from cut PVC pipes. You can also use coral reef glue gel to attach suction cups to two points on the rack in order to attach it to the glass of the aquarium. Or you can order premade racks from the web store link above
