RO water is water pruified by Reverse Osmosis. Tap water is pressurized forced through a semi-permeable membreane. This semi-permeable membrane only allows the tinyest of particles to pass though, such as water. Therefore effectivly removing 99% of water impurities. Tap water contains thing such as chemical's, minerals, bacteria and nutrients. Using RO water can help prevent excessive algea growth, create a stable pH level and reduce the chances of livestock loss.
