For a nano tank you are going to want a lot of color. It will make the tank look bigger and more full. As well as being aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Polyps and mushrooms are a best choice for a nano tank because they come in a variety of colors.  Star Polyps as well as Duncan coral is good as well.
